Welcome to Lee Thomas Farm. Our farm is a working organic farm nestled in the Red River Valley not more then 20 minutes from Fargo, ND and Moorhead, Minnesota. We offer events for the springtime, summertime and fall on the farm. Hands on learning for the whole family from wee ones to grandparents. Classes are usually 2 hours and you can plan a whole morning with plenty do see and do.!

Educational learning classes include: gardening heirloom veggies, Native American gardening and folklore, rocket making, GPS/GIS scavenger hunts, organic growing classes, beneficial bugs, environmental studies and NASA satellite imagery and not but not least food and nutrition from the garden!
The hands on cooking classes for groups include, homemade pasta, or dehydrating food dehydrating, or bread making (machine and loaf).
Products for sale include certified organic  flax (from a neighbor) , certified wheat, bread mixes, certified organic soybean flour, and all natural pork and more!
